Bijay Prakash

Founder & Chief Consultant

Bijay Prakash, an experienced commercial banker, astute development banker and passionate investment Banker has worked in different capacity and have done large credit delivery, handled equity investment, syndicated structured funds and undertaken development studies in different geography of the world. He has been instrumental in credit delivery in Far East Asia, Middle East Asia, Africa and Europe beside supporting large corporate and financial institutions in India.

A Postgraduate in Public Administration, he has been providing advisory and consulting services to Large Corporate, Financial Institutions and Government for debt syndication, cross border structuring, merger & acquisition and developing Public Policy for last two decades. His core competence is in corporate transformation to make it debt light, structured financing and developing long term sustainable financial structure.

During two decades of his banking career, he was associated with Dena Bank, UOB, World Bank and Delamore Fund. He likes gardening and supports activity for sustained environment and ecology for maintaining earth habitable.

Jai Prakash

Senior Consultant

Jai Prakash, a Chartered Chemical Engineer, a Senior Consultant in Environment Research & Advisory functions has extensive industry experience in pollution management, environment & ecology study, effluent treatment, emission management, carbon credit, waste management, rainwater harvesting, ambient air quality monitoring, and compliance. He has good knowledge of both central and state industrial and environment laws. He worked for nearly 38 years in both government and private sectors industries in explosives, chemicals & fertilizers, and steel sectors, before associating with BPA Consulting in 2018.

Jai Prakash is a Fellow of the Institution of Engineer (India), Senior Member of Indian Institution of Industrial Engineering and Individual Professional Member of All India Management Association. He supports and assist poor, illiterates, disabled, providing medical treatment, eradication of illiteracy through a Foundation. He Practices Vipassana meditation and likes walking.

Jai Prakash has also taken up research on environment related issues in association with pioneer research institution of India at BPA Consulting and is publishing research paper in international journals.

Saurav Prakash

Consultant & Human Resource

Saurav Prakash joined BPA Consulting in 2019. Saurav serves as a Consultant for the Investment Banking arm of the firm as well as Head of Human Resource Department. Saurav is mainly driving into deeper relations with Private Equity & Venture Capitalist space along with HNI’s and Fund of Funds relation. He is responsible for all aspects of client engagements and transaction execution, including preparation of engagement materials, valuation analysis, structuring and advising. Being a technocrat, he also serves for start-ups with focused areas of new technologies. 

Prior to joining BPA Consulting, Saurav served as Group Head – BMW Diesel Project, Robert BOSCH Austria where he worked from 2011 – 2019. Saurav also served for the Financial analysis for the Multi variant car project in India, Austria, Vietnam and South Korea. Prior to that he handled a project in BHEL for multilayer Invertor at Bangalore, India.    

Saurav holds an Executive MBA in Global Economies from the University of Minnesota, Carlson School of Management, Minneapolis, USA. Saurav also holds an MBA in Global Executive Program from Vienna University of Economics and Business, Vienna, Austria.  Saurav believes mindfulness in the workplace is key to success – a tenet he lives out through his interests in yoga, meditation, cooking, and socializing. 

He specializes in ports and aviation; telecom, automobiles and technology; public policy.
